Well, we didn’t stay as long as we had hoped… long story I don’t want to go into. We also never made it to NY at all. But, the bright side… we did make it back in 15 hours, not bad going through rain, fog, rain, more fog, etc.

Other then that, not much else going on at the moment. Still waiting for Jobs to call me (if they will) and still applying where I can. Hopefully I will get a call today from a small business I am interested in.

It’s looking good to get my car repaired and back on the road in Feb.
I can’t wait… I’ve been wanting my car back for too long.

I hope that this year turns out better then last… But with Big O in office, and the Majority of the House controlled by the D’s…. it’s not looking good

I can’t believe its been so long since I posted. Its been quite the ratrace around here for
Christmas coming up. I Opted to put off repairing my engine in order to have a nice
Christmas this year… But no worries, I should be able to start the repairs on Calista
In Feb. 2010.

I am, however, very happy. I got Ubuntu 9.10 up and running, And last time I tried running Linux,
Ventrilo did not like Wine at all. However, It is up and running, there are some small issues, but nothing
I can’t get used to. Also, World of Warcraft runs Beautifully!

Yesterday… My iPhone was stolen. But that, in turn, caused me to get the new iPhone 3GS… And after loving the 3G… The 3GS is just soo much of an improvement. The speed and reaction of the 3GS is so much better. I am actualy writing this post from my new phone… And it can actualy keep up with my typing speed… Where as the 3G just did not. The camera and video are also much better (3G had video recording if you jailbroken your phone)

One thing the 3g did after it was jailbroken… Is there was very noticeable lag of applications… Navigating the screen, etc. However, the 3GS… Where their is some noticeable lag…. Is no where near as bad as the 3g.

I am almost happy that my phone got stolen or I might not have ever gotten the 3GS and enjoyed the very noticeable increase in speed, reliablity, and reaction time that the 3GS offers.

Keep moving in the right direction apple…. Just one thing though… Tell AT&T to quit ripping off your users!

Well, its been awhile since I have posted. I have been having an Overheating issue with Calista (my ‘96 Polo Green SVX LSi)
Lately, and After doing some testing, Buying a Block Tester, and testing it 3 times, I found I do have a Compression leak.

The bad part is… I have never done this much work with an Engine before… Let alone pulled an Engine out myself.

I have decided, I will plan to take 5 days off, do to this Slowly and Correctly. This will be one hell of a learning Experience for me,
and I will learn more about the SVX, which is never a bad thing!

Wish me luck… I know I am going to need it!

Well, I’ve been trying Windows 7 that Microsoft released to the public. So far… I have to say… I am impressed!

The Speed of it is amazing, It has all the fancy features of vista, but the quickness of Win2k.
I am very very happy with it, and I feel Microsoft is finally
going in the direction they need to go.
I can’t wait to goto 4gb of ram, it already flys on 2gb, but 4gb, should be amazing!

Work has been insane. On days we expect it to be slow, we are so bussy we can’t see stright… and then on days we expect it to be bussy, its slower then the comcast turtles!

Other then that, Life is good. I already have the first 3 payments on my loan set aside, so I dont have to worry about it for awhile. Next goal is to upgrade the Audio system of the new 96 Polo. I dont want that “So Much Boom your ears bleed” sound, just overall upgraded from stock. (that, and the old cd player just refuses to play 90% of the music cd’s I burn)
